If I can get my game to cooperate with me as I figure out how to change dresses I will add more pics at a later date. I don't feel like dragging my Sims to a community lot. Just threw it up over on the top right as things are getting a little tough with the finances nothing to worry about. All proceeds will go towards Photobucket/Box.net Accounts and anything left over will be put to the side to either go towards my internet or purchasing the new Photoshopness; or both. It is not mandatory to donate. I just put it up there in case someone is feeling like being nice. So don't worry I know times are rough for everyone around the world so don't sweat it one bit if you can't donate, words of encouragement and thank yous are all I really need in the end :D

Going to be working on my little website here the next few days as I try to figure out how to change the layout. I will also be removing all buttons / links and reworking that part but don't worry they will be back up as soon as I can. I will also probably be looking for affiliates as well later this week. I love so many sites and people in this community so the links may be a little bit overboard.

So I was thinking just normal text linked urls for non-affiliated websites and then buttons for the affiliates? I just hope I can figure this layout thing out tonight since I would like to spend some time creating stuff instead of updating my layout etc. >.< Wish me luck! If you are an e-blogger pro feel free to give me any tips hints and tricks; would be greatly appreciated.

Oh yeah and someone >.> <.< has been learning how to recolor clothes for the sims 2. Won't mention any names... >.< So stay tuned for that.

Edit: A few hours or so later...and TADAS. Ugh I want to link to everysite / persons blog I love but there are too many :( If anyone knows a site that does Sims 2 Community Updates (besides Sims Cave / BPS) that you can see without registering let me know! It would help out with me adding 50 zillion links on my linky thingy.

(Sims 2 News) Blah da blah da blah....

Just a little update; I am not sure if I am going to keep furnishing lots completely or just make them landscape them and partly furnish them (kitchen/bath). As it is very time consuming and I really would like to do some other things like participate in contests maybe do a Sim Legacy Story for fun or some random stuff. So get them while their hot? >.> <.<

Don't get me wrong I like doing it but these two lots took me *looks at watch* lets just say I am no Blooming, Simplay, Beddog, or any other fantastical house creator furnisher person and I swear I have ADD when it comes to the sims. My computer is busting at the seems with things I want to do or started to do that I work on and I kind of find something else that I want to do and then bam...yeah I need an intervention possibly.

I also got a little PO'd (okay a lot) I was making a lot spent HOURS just building and landscaping it (this lot was no small lot it was my dream home I actually finally was working on something *I* really wanted in my game and to have pics of incase you know one day...) and all I had in it was my build mode stuff no hacks or mods and all it does is crash I tried clean installer etc nada.

So if anyone is willing to maybe try it out in their game (just use clean installer and install the lot file and see if it crashes for you too I would be in your debt or if you figure out what is wrong so I can maybe fix it?). ;_; You can leave a comment here or the guestbook or pm me over at Black Pearl Sims :P Here is a preview of what the lot looked like so you know what you are getting yourself into if you volunteer :P

(Sims 2 Stuff) 1x2 Lot #1 w/ CC

Here is the original lot I was working on. There is a lot more CC in this one so PLEASE make sure to use clean installer if you do not wish to have any of it. This is another house perfect for a single sim or an elderly couple.

If you take out all the clutteryness the house is actually playable (which is what I am trying to make these smaller houses for..actual playability). One day I will be able to actually get to sit and maybe make a Sim to make a story out of >.< Hah!

I've been sick so the house isn't that very well decorated (at least to my standards). My head is super stuffed up and I have a fever but so instead of World of Warcrack and raiding with my guild when I wake up I worked on this house and then went back to bed rinse and repeat. This little bit of decorating took me 5 days. ;_; K Erika less useless babble.

(Sims 2 Stuff) Single Sim - 1x2 #2 Lot w/ CC

I am butt backwards I know. This is my second 1x2 lot I made the other is still being worked on as I can't figure out if I want to fully furnish it or not. Anyways, this is a good house for an elder Sim or a young female sim. Of course if you change the wallpapers around and stuff it could be for anyone! I always pictured a female sim who had just went through a divorce who wasn't super old but her kids were off in college or what have you living here an aspiring novelist perhaps. Who knows that's just kinda what I designed it around. :P Enough of my excessive word sploogeness and onto the pictures!

The kitchen, pantry, and bathrooms have furnishings in them as you can tell from the overview shot. It is landscaped as you see it. I am getting pretty good at landscaping if I do say so myself. *toots horn*

Just another small update of five sets of two wallpapers and one four piece wallpaper for use in an industrial type building or as kitchen backsplashes. I can't remember if they are seamless or not on the ends I believe I did make them seamless. I would load up my game but it takes a bit and I have a few things I am working on at the moment. Sooo consider it a little surprise for you to find out. I am 90% sure they are seamless on each end of the 2 walls :P You can use them for kitchen backsplashes or whatever :D

Title says it all I am not sure how to recolor hair but I saw pooklets awesomeness and figured I would contribute to it; well add more to the fray so to speak. I swear I will learn how to recolor hair one day and I will be able to actually have an accurate sim version of myself and my alter ego.

I already fiddled with 2 of pooklets goodies she has to the hair colors of mine and alter ego self and figure I may as well be nice and share them as I have no use for them just yet. So -ALL- credit to pooklet cept for the added custom "kask blue" I used for the alter ego hair. Mnhh they are png's and you can just right click save as..I think if not let me know! If people are interested in more I can do a few more we will see :P Wow 2 full paragraphs for 2 little pic thingies. I am sorry LOL

Title says it all. I have fixed it so the colors can be changed on certain parts. I will say it was a joy *sarcasm* learning to do this. Thankfully there were instructions by people who figured it out before I dove in or I would have already checked myself into some sort of rehabilitation for disgruntled Simmers. Thanks to Sims 3 Workshop or whatever it is. It's by TSR but it's free and it works so I guess I can't be too pissy over it. *shrug*

So here it is my first...pattern of not many more to come until EA maybe releases a tool or it gets easier and less time consuming to make them.

Just wanted to thank Megativity who sent me a message over on BPS that the .rar for the Japanse wall tattoo's in the recent set was empty! So please redownload them as I have fixed it. Not really sure how a .rar was empty I guess user error! Live and learn! Thank you Megativity for pointing that out! Also if you find a broken link or an empty .rar please do not hesitate to contact me over at Black Pearl Sims (username is Kaskurgi). Or here via a comment on the post! I will always fix them as soon as I realize or you all realize something is amiss!

Working on a few different recolors: Metallica Cds, More BuggyBooz Kitchen Basic Colors, and the next installment of The Block Bathroom Goodies will be out soon as well so stay tuned as there are going to be gobs of updates within the next week. One of the members of BPS expressed she would like me to upload furnished houses and I was wondering if there is possibly more interest in fully furnished houses.

I know people can use clean installer to take out items (which I urge you all to do). I am just worried that since I have all EP's and most stuff packs that someone may slip up and not use the clean installer or install something that may make their game wonky. I guess I can plaster warnings all over but I do not want to be blamed for a broken game :P

I am currently participating in Simbecile's The Block Contest @ Black Pearl Sims and ended up making some recolors for the Application Round which you can view my entry here or here in my album with more photos.

where is my parade? Just kidding!

Let's see first blog on a blog site. Some quick facts about yours truely:

Has Twitter - Doesn't use it but I have it none the less.
Has Facebook - Uses it more often then not.
Has Myspace - Rarely uses it.
Has 2 tattoos - Currently...more hopefully one day.
Has 9 piercings - 4 in each ear and a tongue ring.
Has 4 Dogs - 1 Newfoundland Mix, 1 Pitbull Mix, 1 Pharaoh Hound Mix, and 1 Terrier Mix.
Had 1 Cat - Torti..she is more so my moms then mine. (Passed away last year '10. ;_;)
Had 1 Chinchilla - Black Velvet named Ash (Army of Darkness). (Passed away last year '10. ;_;)
Has a boyfriend - Yes, indeedly. He is Canadian and doesn't play Sims (yet).
Has problems sleeping - Like most stressed out insomniacs do.
Has debated joining the army - There is still a chance I will, but I am waiting a bit for decision.

Oh and I blame Crazy Tulip from BPS for me creating this account <3
